NOTICE:
The Quitman County board of registrars has established a drop box location as a means for the voters to deliver their ballots to the county registrar’s office. You can place the voter absentee ballot into the drop box located at 46 Old Georgetown, Ga 39854.

Elections Superintendent is responsible for conducting all county elections and performs other duties as prescribed by law. Appointing and conducting training for poll workers, receiving returns from all elections, computing, certifying and publicly announcing the results.

 

Board of Registrars:  Mattie Johnson, Annette King, Harry Lee, Carolyn Morton and   Art Neville.

Duties consist of:

REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

MAINTAINING LISTS OF REGISTERED VOTERS

ISSUING ABSENTEE BALLOTS              

DISSEMINATING INFORMATION TO PUBLIC

 

THE BOARD OF REGISTRARS MEETS THE LAST THURSDAY OF EACH MONTH AT        5:00 P.M.
